Construction: Triple walled construction inner chamber is made of high grade stainless steel sheet of SS-304 Grade. The outer body is also made of thick stainless steel. The coiler is made of S. steel. The lid is made of thick steel plate. The unit is duly fitted with highly efficient M.S. Painted ring & radial locking system duly chrome plated. A three way valve or a multi port valve made of stainless steel is installed for controlling the cycle. The pressure is adjustable from 5psi to 20psi; pressure is controlled by automatic pressure control switch. Fitted with water level indicator and vacuum breaker. The unit is fitted with temperature gauge, vacuum breaker and steam tap. The whole unit is mounted on a robust tubular stand made of MS duly painted with attractive stove enamel.

CSI 101 Autoclave Vertical

It is used for sterilization under saturated steam pressure at any selected point between 5to20p.s.i.(optional adjustable with pressure control switch). These are double walled units with inner chamber (boiler) made of 18 S.W.G. stainless steel and outer chamber is covered with M.S. lid is tightened by radial locking system. Fitted with neoprin rubber gasket, all systems are hydraulically tested upto 40 P.S.I. as a safety measure. It has outer wall made of ms sheet duly powder coated and inner wall made up of heavy gauge S.S. sheet. The gap between inner and outer wall is fitted with high grade glass wool to avoid thermal loss. Besides outer double walled door, a full view inner glass door allows inspection of test sample without disturbing the inner chamber conditions. Unit is supplied with three adjustable perforated shelves. Temperature range from 5.cto50.c+_1.c is controlled by DUAL SETTING DIGTAL temperature indicator-cum-controller so as to set two different temperatures for day and night. Exterior illumination with fluorescent tube fitted on both side of the chamber accounts for artificial day light, and the cyclic illumination conditions are regulated by automatic 0-24 hrs. Timer, when all the tubes are on temperature from 15.c can be from ambient to 50.c and the same is achieved by means of injecting steam . Arrangements for increasing the humidity are provided and not for decreasing.

The cabinets are fabricated out of thick board duly sun mica clad. Interior surfaces are epoxy painted for its longer life. The work table is made heavy gauge S.S. sheet and is fitted with U.V. germicidal

Light, static pressure manometer, exhaust system (Suitable for 6 feet duck) and virus brun out unit side panels are made out of thick transparent plexi glass duly framed. The unit is fitted with pre-filter and HEPA filter. Air is drawn through pre- filter and is made to pass through highly effective HEPA (High efficiency particular air) filters having efficiency particular air) filters having efficiency retaining all air- borne particles of size 0.3 micron and larger. Using a dynamic balancing machine, the blower and motor assembly is statically and dynamically balanced. Motor of ¼ H.P. Capacity operates with minimum noise level. The working area is illuminated by fluorescent lighting fitted to the unit. The high of the working table provides a comfortable “SIT DOWN” working position for the operation for the operator. In addition to the above futures of a standee vertical laminar flow bench the “SCIENTECH” bio-safe cabinets have arrangements for re-circulating a part of the air thus creating highest level of clean air.

The unit is also convertible to the conventional vertical laminar flow bench with downward air flow by lifting the sliding front door upwards.
